Summer Camp at Lira
Summer camp for children and teens ages 4–14 with themed activities: cooking, games, music, environment, and social interaction. Full day from 9 AM to 5 PM, including morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Week 1: July 7–11 | Week 2: July 14–18 (initial openings on July 14–15 within the two-week period). X Tanabata Matsuri — Japanese Festival at the Botanical Garden
July 11–12, 2026, 10 AM to 5 PM. Jardim Botânico Municipal — Rod. Admar Gonzaga, s/n, Itacorubi, Florianópolis. Free admission. The tenth edition of the festival celebrates Japanese culture with performances of taiko (drums), shamisen, and bon odori; workshops in origami, manga, shodō (brush writing), and ikebana; experimental Japanese language class (nihongo); bonsai; and typical cuisine: sushi, curry rice, and ramen.
